I couldn't agree more with you Luka. Yes the single player and co-op spec ops modes are short in game play,but as you said the "action is non stop". I love the new weapons and the graphics are state of the art in both the xbox and PS3 versions. Although I feel the game was way over hyped!

I agree with the author on his feelings toward the VS multi-player. I am not a big fan of it and enjoy the single player and spec ops alot. Although they are both short,there still a blast to play.
I would rather see them come out with more map packs geared toward those two modes and would love to see more map packs then a new MW game every couple of years.MW2 is a excellent game!
If Sony kill its console it would be a huge loss for the industry! Frankly I hate Apple more than I do Microsoft!
As a fan of the xbox verision of the game ,I'm sorry to hear of them canceling a demo for either console. As stated above a demo will sell a game better than any review or short video.
After many delays in OFP's release ,I would like to think that they will have there crap together when this game ships on 10/6/2009....if it doesn't get delayed yet again! But with NO demo it doesn't look good!!!
I would say that if anyone is in the market for a new or replacement Xbox,should consider this edition. Since the 250 GB hard drive won't be sold as a standalone. If I had the funds ,I would get one of them for a back up.
As a owner of both a xb360 and a ps3 the xbox is still the better of the 2 systems.
But, unless I hit the lotto to get one of these,I guess I'll have to go with this route.....

I got my code for the beta invite this morning. I tried to d/l it ,but the beta is not up until thursday. MAG was the main reason I bought a PS3 after seeing it at E3 last year. As a fan of BF/BC,Ghost Recon,and CoD/MW I can't wait to play this one!

Where was "Onlive" at this years E3??? I don't remember hearing a peep from them.
Halo,Halo2,and Halo3 are a game unto them selfs.There is nothing else out there that plays like it for any system. Where Halo wars may not appeal to the hardcore Halo3 player in may appeal to fans of RTS style games. Thats where I think Halo/ODST-BAMF should appeal to people that enjoy large war games like Battlefield/Bad company,Frontlines, and Enemy Territory/Quake wars.
Ofcourse there will be those that buy it just because it says HALO on it....and sell it will! Maybe not the ...
You could sell a old brick if it had Halo or a image of Master chief on it....look at the market for any thing with a religous image on it ( a piece of toast for example )
The best thing they can do to sell alot of Halo3/ODST-BAMF....in a single word...ADVERTISE! Put add's for it out there everywhere (and not just in the gamer mags)and over HYPE it till we are ready to puke HALO3/ODST-BAMF.
Look at this way,alot of us just payed 800Msp for 3 maps for CoD/W@W. Even though I've only tried the zombie map ( which IMHO is the BEST one sofar )I feel that that was a bit too much $$$.
If Trials HD plays as good as it looks ,than it will be worth the 1200msp.

I can't stand the game)Although I think the authors statement that the friends limit is because of Halo2 is hard for me to buy. Considering halo2 is like so 7 years ago. This is some thing that should have been a no brainer feature from the launch of the 360. I had my xbox list full by the time the 360 came out.

I would like to see the console publishers take a closer look at the pc.By adding a map editor to a game like MW2 for the PS3/Xb360 would make more of a "game value" sense than just another map pack.I would sure like to see a map editor in one of these so called special/collectors editions. More so than a helmet,dog tags,night vision goggles and worthless art books.

This is a good concise review with very little filler. I don't really care about facebook,twitter,lastfm,ect. Thats why I have a PC close by. If there going to add these,they might as well add a web browser.What I would like to see is a expanded friends list.With it set at only 100 and with millions of xbox 360 users out there that I meet new people all the time and always seem to have to eliminate someone.

Not much of a selection to choose from unless you have a DS. My closest TRU has the worst selection of PS3/Xbox 360 games of any place around. In fact it is in a strip center that had a Circuit City and a soon to be closed after the holidays Target. There is also a Gamestop in there that seems to do good considering theres a Best buy and a 2nd gamestop in a mall less than 1/4 mile away and a Walmart 3/4 of a mile away.
